To whom it may concern,
I am writing in enormous support of the talented and magical Susan Glass. I met Susan a few years ago during my search for someone who could create a smart, professional and moving five-minute video to be shown at a fundraiser I was overseeing. Instantly, Susan got what we do and understood perfectly the message we wanted to send to our audience. I felt like I could hand this project over to her with full confidence that it would turn out beautifully. I was not prepared for how perfect a job she would do – nor was the crowd of 5,000 at our fundraiser who gave her piece a standing ovation. In fact, the piece she produced was so effective, that we continue to use it as a successful fundraising tool.
Then last year, my husband Jerry turned 50 years old and I decided to throw him a big surprise party. Despite knowing how “annoying” typical birthday and anniversary videos are to him, I knew Susan would come up with an unconventional, adventurous, and, most importantly, funny piece that he would actually enjoy. Further, Jerry’s friends, most of whom are very talented comedians with strong opinions on what is funny, warned me that Jerry is not a “video” type of guy. Little did they know of the secret weapon named Susan I had in my pocket. During filming, strangely enough, it was these same naysayers who called me in praise of Susan and her hilarious concept for Jerry’s birthday video. On the night of, people were howling with laughter, crying in all the right parts and once again, the result was another standing ovation for Susan. Her success in that very talented room that night further proved what I already know: Susan Glass is nothing short of genius. Her work makes people feel fantastic; Susan knows how to teach and educate in a succinct, entertaining, and original way. Everyone watching her work is smiling inside and out.
Outside of her work, she is an extraordinary person who is always positive, consistently motivated and always curious about everything. Susan is one of those rare people you meet who remembers everything about you. She truly listens. There is nothing she can’t do and there is nothing this woman touches that does not turn to gold. She understands people – all people – adults, children, difficult people, strange people. You name the type, Susan knows how to manage them with grace, humor and kindness.
In short, I recommend Susan Glass for any position or opportunity without any hesitation. She is one of those rare gems one should never let pass by.
